The Society’s financial year ended on 30 September 2025 and its Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 23 November 2025 at 4pm at the Old Windsor Council Chambers, cnr Lutwyche Rd and Palmer St, Windsor.
Below you will find the formal Notice of Meeting as issued by our Secretary, a nomination form should you wish to assist the Society by serving on our Committee and a proxy form to enable you to vote on matters put at the AGM if you are unable to attend in person.
